1. Return and Exchange Policy

1. Users who purchase this product through the WILLITA flagship store can enjoy a no-reason return service within seven days from the day after receipt. When returning goods, users must present a valid proof of purchase and return the invoice. Users must ensure that the returned goods maintain their original quality, functionality, appearance, and that the trademarks and logos of the goods themselves and accessories are complete and complete. If there are any gifts, they must be returned together. If the product is damaged by humans, the packaging box is missing, or the spare parts are missing, returns will not be processed.

The logistics costs incurred when returning the goods shall be borne by the user. If the user fails to settle the logistics fees, the actual amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

The paid price will be refunded to the user within seven days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. Refund methods are the same as payment methods. The specific arrival date may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions.

2. If non-human damage or performance failure occurs within seven days from the day after the user signs for it, the willita after-sales service center will handle the return business for the user after inspection and confirmation. When returning the product, the user must present a valid purchase certificate and return the invoice. Any gifts must be returned together.

2. Non-warranty terms

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. The validity period of the three guarantees has exceeded;

2. There is no warranty card, invoice or the warranty card does not match the invoice information;

3. Damage caused by human factors;

4. Damage caused by force majeure factors;

5. Any damage caused by failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the requirements of the "User Manual";

6. Failure or damage caused by forcibly using this product beyond normal usage conditions;

7. Unauthorized disassembly or repair by personnel without authorization from WILLITA;

8. Malicious damage to the warranty card content and product information, including blurry destruction, self-tearing, tampering, etc.;

9. Other failures and damages not caused by issues such as design, manufacturing, quality, etc. of the product itself;

10. Use this product for commercial purposes.

If the above situation occurs, the user needs to pay the maintenance fee.
